Working as a team, Mike and his partners ensure a multifaceted, comprehensive, and personalized consultation that integrates his clients’ values and goals. Although Mike is a seasoned professional, he considers himself a student of the business. He is continually seeking out new avenues for wealth creation, and safe shelters that protect clients’ gains. Mike’s leadership brings a straightforward approach to estate planning, wealth building, and risk management. Mike holds Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 Securities Registrations with LPL Financial. He also holds an Oregon Health and Life Insurance license. The best part of Mike’s life is his family; his lovely wife Kim, their four children, and two grandchildren. Together, their favorite recreational activities center on spending family time together, water skiing at Triangle Lake or snorkeling in Maui.

She has a keen appreciation of the economic landscape and financial issues that employer’s face today, and considers it her responsibility to accurately identify the specific needs of each client and direct them to the most comprehensive and affordable coverage. Donna and her husband, Dennis, have been married for many years and they enjoy spending time together walking, bicycling, watching college football games, cooking and sharing recipes with friends. Donna would someday like to publish her own cookbook.
Lisa Burrows Life and Health Agent Email: lisa@nw-financial.com Lisa Burrows joined the Northwest Financial team in 2012 to assist Donna Green and Michael Gray. She helps to provide a higher level of service to our clients. Although she is a graduate of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, she considers herself a Beaver. Lisa and her husband Dale have raised three lovely daughters. She is now enjoying the “empty nest”, teaching children on Sunday mornings at their church, hiking, and is an avid fan of professional tennis.
Bethany Morris Health, Life & Medicare Agent Email: bethany@nw-financial.com Bethany became the newest member of the team in 2016. She is here to assist Donna Green and her focus is on Medicare available clients. She can be found either in the office or out on the road meeting with those clients in various places in the Willamette Valley. When she is not at work Bethany is still on the go, hiking with her pup, traveling, fishing with her boyfriend and spending time with her friends and family.
